Regular attendance
is the key to success. Please try to attend every class and be on time.
After missing 4 consecutive weeks a make up lesson may be
necessary to catch up once recital dances have been started.
If you do not contact the studio by phone or mail you will be
dropped from the class and responsible for payment until we have been
notified that you will not be continuing.
When we reach April there may be some schedule changes necessary
to work on the production numbers for the show.
The on stage practice in May is mandatory.
Please keep an eye on your schedule early on to bring up any
conflicts to Miss Rachael as soon as they arise. If you wait until the
schedule is set changes will not be made.
If you have questions please ask!!! We are looking forward to an
exciting year.

Parent Information
In registering your child or yourself for
a movement class, it is your obligation to be certain that your
child is in good health and is in proper physical condition to
engage in bodily movements connected with dance and gymnastics
instruction. We also ask
that you wave all rights to claims resulting from injuries due to
dance/gymnastics instruction during the normal class process.
Please notify the teacher if your child has been ill and needs to
observe class. Also let the
teacher know if your child is on medication that may cause a need
for extra visits to the restroom during class.
We would appreciate any encouragement you can give your children to
use the restroom before class or between classes.
Be sure to stop and read the white board by the enter door in
the waiting room. This will contain information on a weekly basis
that is important for you to know.
Students should also read the board weekly.
Help encourage your child to wear appropriate dance wear to class.
It is so important for us to see proper alignment in class. Big
baggy clothes will not be permitted especially in ballet classes.
When students dress like a dancer/gymnast they will feel more
like a dancer/gymnast.

Spotlight Studio Tuition
Classes vary in cost depending on whether the class is a 30 minute, 45
or 60 minute class. Also, some classes have 3 payment options for you to
choose from. See the registration form for the classes you are
interested in for exact price and payment options. Spotlight Studio
tuition can be made in 30 payments, 9 payments or 1 payment.
A weekly payment
has been added to the gymnastics payment plan as well.
Gymnastics runs in 10 week sessions.
The 1 payment will pay for a 10 week session or divided up into 3
payments. These payments are
called weekly, monthly or full session to help us all communicate.
However, please be aware that these payments are not directly
related to the number of classes your child receives in a given month.
For convenience the payments are the same for December when there is a
holiday recess as March when there is no recess.
Your payments have been based on tuition for the year or session
with installments being due on the schedule that you choose.
Please not the same payment is due even if your childe is unable to
attend class due to illness or other reasons. The studio expenses remain
the same. If weather or other
circumstances cause us to cancel a class, the lesson will be
rescheduled.
Please pay your usual amount for that week or month.
